Challenge

MinMax Development manages high-value residential construction projects where each tender involves dozens of bidders, drawing sets, and revisions. Their auction process relied on spreadsheets and email threads, making it difficult to see which bidders had actually opened tender packages, which document versions they were working from, and where miscommunications were creeping in. Follow-up with non-responsive bidders was manual and inconsistent, and small omissions in scope frequently turned into costly clarifications and change orders.

Solution

We designed and built a dedicated construction auction platform that centralizes every tender, bidder, and document in a single, auditable workspace. Bidders receive automated invitations and reminders, upload their submissions through a guided document workflow, and see real-time status of their bids. The MinMax team can instantly see which bidders have viewed each tender, trigger targeted follow-ups to non-responsive firms, and rely on guardrails that catch missing documents or fields before a bid is submitted—dramatically reducing back-and-forth and errors.
