Challenge

AquaSmart, an oil and gas services company, was operating with fragmented data systems that hindered operational efficiency. Employee records, customer information, and project data were siloed across spreadsheets and local machine databases. Reporting relied on manually-run Python scripts, while error reconciliation and data validation were entirely manual processes—consuming significant staff time and introducing risk.

Solution

We designed and built a lightweight, custom ERP system that unified employee, customer, and project data into a single, organized, and centralized platform. The system was further enhanced with an automated data ingestion engine that pulls real-time well data for each active project, transforming raw operational data into actionable reports without manual intervention.
